dc.description.abstract | Every person on earth was having right to live and peruse education. Education is very important tool in our life to shape and to improve a person. Disable people were also the part of society and they have to be promoted for higher education. Disable people definition is very complex and categorization of them are little difficult but still except mentally retarded other disable people can able for higher education. Government of India also reserved the seats for them. So keeping all point in mind this study was conducted to assess the barrier free environment in college premises. Objective of study was to know that at how much extent disable people can easily use their college premises if they enrolled in college. It was conducted in two colleges of Udaipur and each building of colleges was assessed. Data revealed that college premises were not built to assess universally. So there is need to change and adopt some corrective measures in built environment so that disable people also actively participate in education system. | en_US |
