Abstract/Description: | International Standard (ISO:22000) specifies the requirements for a FSMS that combines the following generally recognized key elements to ensure food safety along the food chain, up to the point of final consumption: Interactive communication System management Prerequisite programme HACCP principles ISO 22000 is a Food Safety Management System that can be applied to any organization in the food chain, farm to fork. Becoming certified to ISO 22000 allows a company to show their customers that they have a food safety management system in place. |
