Be bold, take time and be an entrepreneur

Abstract

Twentieth century has brought a great change in the lives of women all over the world influencing their attitudes, values, aspirations, ways of feeling, standards of behavior and action for effective participation inall walks of life. A strong desire to do something positive is an inbuilt quality of entrepreneurial women, who is capable of contributing values in both family and social life. A key issue, therefore, is whether women entrepreneurs face specific problems in setting up in business that is different from those faced by male-owned businesses. The present article deals with the concept of women entrepreneur, reason to become entrepreneurs, advantages of women entrepreneur, present status, implements, measures to remove obstacles and how to start an enterprise to be successful.
