| Abstract/Description: | RESPONSES OF SETARIA CROP TO THE APPLICATION OF SPARTIN B AND A MIXTURE OF MICRO NUTRIENTS FOR ALKALINE SOILS MARKETED BY SWASTHI INDUSTRY ON RAINFED BLACK SOILS WAS STUDIED FOR 2 YEARS IN COMBINATION WITH AND WITHOUT FYM, AMMONIUM SULPHATE AND SUPERPHOSPHATE . IN BOTH THE YEARS , THE YIELD OF GRAIN AND STRAW FOR THE TREATMENT 22 kg N/ha + 45 kg P2O5 /ha WITH OR WITHOUT SPARTIN DID NOT DIFFER SIGNIFICANTLY . HOWEVER , THE YIELDS WERE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN THOSE UNDER CONTROL. |
