| Abstract/Description: | The present study was conducted to analyse the germ cell population in testis of rams of different age groups and in wethers by flow cytometric technique and to determine the mitotic index and dihydrotestosterone level in different age groups of rams and in wethers. The germ cells in the testis of all the rams of the different group was analyzed and quantified by flow cytometry after staining with propidium iodide. |
