Complete Details of Technology: :
A technology for the management of the pollu beetle, Lanka ramakrishnai, with low-risk insecticides has been developed. Three rounds of spray application with chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC at 0.3–0.5 ml/L of water during July, August, and September was found to be effective for the management of the pest.
Brief Description of Technology Including Salient Features:
A technology for the management of the pollu beetle, Lanka ramakrishnai, with low-risk insecticides has been developed. The pest can be effectively managed by three rounds of application of a low-risk insecticide.
Benefits/Utility :
The pest can be effectively managed by three rounds of application of a low-risk insecticide leaving less residues in the crop leading to production of food safe produce.

Time Of Application Use : Spray application of chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC at a concentration of 0.3–0.5 ml/L of water during July, August, and September.
How To Use :
Three rounds of spray application with chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC at 0.3–0.5 ml/L of water during July, August, and September was found to be effective for the management of the pest.
Impact, If Adopted :
Will reduce the residues of insecticides in the final produce.

Will lead to less residues in the environment and safer to the human beings and the environment.
