| Abstract/Description: | Some 33 short-duration Arachis hypogaea genotypes were evaluated during summer and rainy seasons in 1997-2000. The genotypes D4D8-10, D4D8-14, ICGV 93468 and D4D8-6 were found most suitable during summer giving yields of 1.93, 1.77, 1.76 and 1.51 t/ha, respectively. A participatory evaluation was conducted during summer 2001 with 10 farmers in Rajpura village in the district Mainpuri. |
