| Abstract/Description: | A modified system of lac cultivation on kusum with 18 months rest followed by continuous lac culture tor 12 months proved better than the existing 4 coupe system as well as traditional method. Optimum brood rate for raising baisakhi and baisakhi-cum-katki crop on ber was found to be 10-15 g/ metre and 5-10 g/ metre shoot length respectively. |
