Abstract/Description: | The present publication entitled “Tools on Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment of Rainfed Technologies and Development Programmes” is a result of collective efforts, experience and knowledge and wisdom of several authors. We wish to place on record the cooperation and support received from all the authors and staff at ICAR - CRIDA who contributed in various ways for timely publication of this book. The compendium of lectures has enlightened the theory of change, development indicators, result framework indicators, digital tools for monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment of KVK, ORPS and AICRPDA network and other related topics. The feedback obtained from post-evaluation of relevant subject matter training programme has indicated a need for a ready reference in a compendium form which can impart latest technologies as well as information which can serve as documentary guide while working in the field conditions. This has motivated us to compile the diversified work which can serve the need of different stakeholders. We are highly thankful to ICAR for funding this programme and all the stakeholders in NARS for sending their officials. We profusely thank Dr. K. Sammi Reddy, Director (Acting), CRIDA for the constant support and encouragement. We also thank all the authors who have contributed and their constant encouragement and support. |
