Abstract/Description: Transcriptomic profiling gives differential gene expression in chickpea challenged with Fusarium toxin in extreme genotypes. Nine hub proteins genes found in gene regulatory network analysis with nodes having degree centrality more than 28. Reported DEGs controlled by miRNAs can be promising genomic resource for silencing technology in disease management. • Elucidated key pathways and its genes can be targeted for future marker discovery and used for sustainable wilt management.
