dc.description.abstract | Indian NARS Statistical Computing portal for providing service oriented computing for the users of NARS has been Strengthened by adding modules for the analysis of data generated from Row-Column Designs; Nested Block Designs; Univariate Distribution Fitting; Tests of Significance; Correlation and Regression Analysis. Web enabled classes of experimental designs in the presence of indirect effects of treatments have been developed. Biological functions were obtained through Gene Ontology (GO) and mapped on to rice genome and full length gene sequences were designed. Analysis of gene expression of halophilic bacteria suggested that genes involved in mobile extracellular function are highly expressed in this organism. The study could provide insight into the gene expression response of halophilic bacteria. The unique salt tolerant traits and genes responsible for salt stress could potentially be used in agricultural crops that are almost exclusively glycophytes. The findings of this study may facilitate developing biofertilizers for improving fertility of saline soils | en_US |
