dc.description.abstract | In India there are so many places which are of pilgrimage importance. Few places have thermal springs where pilgrims use to take bath before the prayer. We selected one of the places Rajgir, in Bihar state for our study and took samples. The analysis of sediment and water samples from Rajgir thermal springs, led to the finding of strange results. After identification through sequencing of ribosomal gene it was confirmed that isolates belongs to genus Burkholderia and Klebsiella and raises a serious concern about the safety of thermal springs frequently used by tourists and local people for bathing and healing wounds. | en_US |
