dc.description.abstractSpectral indices of rice crop were analysed. Different crop growth parameters and yield were analysed using two simulation model viz., CERES-RICE and ORYZA. The model derived results were validated with the data obtained from the field. Different spectral indies viz., IR/R, normalized vegetation index, perpendicular vegetation index, sum vegetation index, difference vegetation index, green-red ratio vegetation index were derived on rice and correlated with crop growth parameters.en_US
