Essentially, this report is an attempt to guage and monitor the impact of the Prime Minister's 15 point programme for one welfare on six religion based minority communities in the H.P. viz .. the Muslims, the Sikhs, the Buddhists, the Christians, the Jains and the Gujjars(Hindu & Muslim), the raison d'etre being, inter alia, appraisal of their economic conditions, educational facilities available to them, their involvement , if any, in crimes and , ultimately, to suggest modus operandi for promotion of their welfare.
