Induction and proliferation of somatic embryos from immature fruit mesocarp under the influence of 4 mg/L 1,2,4-1-H Triazole has been obtained. 1,2,4- 1-H Triazole triggered the production of globular embryoids to the tune of 8.66 embryoids per culture.
