| Abstract/Description: | During 1- 31 October 2017, the country as a whole has received 81.7 mm rainfall, which is 1% surplus compared to the normal rainfall for the same period (80.9 mm). Out of 36 meteorological sub-divisions, rainfall was large excess in 3 sub-divisions; excess in 10; normal in 7; deficient in 5; large deficient in 7 sub-divisions.
