| Abstract/Description: | The farmers of Bagatpura village, Lapshiya Gram Panchayat in Railmagra Tehsil of Rajasamand district in Rajasthan showed the way of developing degraded pasture lands to improved pasture by adopting socio and bio-engineering approaches. The farmers formed the user group entitled as “Shrinath Self Help Group” and contributed both in cash and kind. All the labour component was met by the farmers in addition to 10% contribution in cash for mechanical works. |
