| Abstract/Description: | RESULTS OF UNIFORMITY TRIAL ON LEUCACENA LEUCOCEPHALA CONDUCTED AT CHANDIGARH DURING 1983 HAVE BEEN PRESENTED. THE PLANTS WERE RAISED AT 1 MX 1M SPACING AND WERE GIVEN UNIFORM CULTURAL TREATMENTS . THE DATA ON DIAMETER AT BREAST HEIGHT( D.B.H) AND PLANT HEIGHT OF ALL THE INDIVIDUAL PLANTS IN 24 X 24 COMPARTMENT WERE ANALYSED TO FIND OUT THE OPTIMUM PLOT AND BLOCK SIZE UPTO A PLOT OF 6- 8 TREES WITH AND WITHOUT BLOCK ARRANGEMENTS FOR BOTH THE OBSERVATIONS. |
