A DROUGHT YEAR CAN BE EXPECTED ONE IN EVERY 6 YEARS AND A SERIOUS DROUGHT YEAR ONCE IN EVERY 25 YEARS. THE PROTECTION TO AGRICULTURAL CROP THROUGH AGRONOMIC TECHNIQUES AND WATER RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IS SUGGESTED. |
