| Abstract/Description: | FOUR LEVELS OF ZINC SULPHATE , VIZ 0,10,20 AND 40 kg/ha WERE TRIED ON HD - 2021 VARIETY OF WHEAT ( TRITICUM AESTIVUM LINN. EMEND. THELL) . ZNSO4 @ 20 kg/ha GAVE HIGHEST GRAIN YIELD ( 4033 kg/ha) AND UPTAKE OF Zn ( 243 g/ha).THE INCREASE IN YIELD WAS 21.81% OVER THE CONTROL , WHICH RESULTED IN A NET ECONOMIC GAIN OF RS 751/ha WHEN INVESTMENT WAS RS 35 /ha IN THE FORM OF 20 kg OF ZnSO4. |
