AGROFORESTRY SYSTEM BY PLANTING 10-12 TREES/ha/year ON FIELD BOUNDARIES AND SILVIPASTORAL SYSTEM IN 20 MILLION ha WASTELAND IN PHASED MANNER COULD HELP SUBSTANTIALLY IN REDUCING THE GAP IN DEMAND AND SUPPLY OF TIMBER , FUEL AND FODDER .
