THE PRACTICES WITH REGARD TO TAUNGYA AND ENERGY PLANTATIONS, HOME GARDENS, BORDER PLANTING, MULTI- TIER CROPPING SYSTEM, PLANTATIONS WITH TERRACED HILL FARMING, IRRIGATED AGROFORESTRY , INTERCROPPING WITH MEDICINAL PLANTS/ OILSEED TREES, WIND BREAKERS , ETC HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED.
