| Abstract/Description: | Maintained 38 accessions of C. oxyacantha and four selections of C. palaestinus, three each of C. lanatus, C. glaucus and C. turkestanicus and one of C. creticus through self-pollination. Alternaria tolerance of above wild species was reconfirmed by taking up sowing in August under very heavy disease pressure in the field and by artificial inoculation in laboratory. |
