| Abstract/Description: | A software “Web Generation of Experimental Designs Balanced for Indirect Effects of Treatments” has been developed which generates randomized layout of series of Neighbour Balanced Block Designs and Crossover Designs. An online catalogue of these designs has also been included in the software. In veterinary experiments, it is important to design trials requiring minimum number of animals to achieve the objectives and to analyze the data using appropriate statistical techniques. Some methods of constructing designs involving alternating treatments sequences have been developed. Some series of symmetric/asymmetric designs with factorial treatment structure suitable for multi-component drug-drug interaction study in veterinary trials have also been obtained. |
