| Abstract/Description: | A set of SNP markers were found to show linkage with wilt resistance in a genome-wide association analysis using 306 germpalsm accessions in castor. The cosegregation of marker genotype and the trait was assessed in a F2 population segregating for wilt resistance. Three markers were found cosegregating with wilt resistance. |
