dc.description.abstract | The efficacy of vitavax 75% WP (carboxin 75% WP at 3.0g/kg of seeds), vitavax Power 75% WP (carboxin 37.5% WP + thiram 37.5% WP), Vitavax Ultra 200F (carboxin 17.5% WP + thiram 17.5%) and carbendazim 50% WP against Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.pisi) and Rhizoctonia rot (Rhizoctonia solani [Thanatephorus cucumeris]) in pea (cv.Kasmiria) was evaluated. The fungicides significantly enhanced seed germination and seedling growth and reduced disease incidence. The application of Vitavax Ultra 200F resulted in the greatest plant height at 56 days after sowing (69.8 cm), number of flowers per plant (20.0),number of pods per plant (17.0) and yield (55.40) quintal/ha and lowest Fusarium wilt (2.00%) and Rhizoctonia rot (1.60%) incidence.
