Description |
Due to superstructural ordering of oxygen vacancies at the Cu-O chain sites in YBa2Cu3O7-delta, OI and OII phases are formed corresponding to the T-c around 90 K and 60 K. The nature of fluctuations including the pair breaking effects, change in interlayer couplings and other parameters have been studied for these phases.
