We consider a semilinear control dynamical system of the form dv/dt = Av(t)+F(v(t))+g(u)v(t),v(0) = phi and show that the set valued mapping Phi, which assigns to each control vatiable u, the global attractor A(u) of the dynamical system, is upper-semicontinuous.
