Description |
The reactions of bis(phosphines) of the type X2PN(Ph)PX2 (I X-2=O2C2H4, 2 X=OCH2C6H5, 3 X-2=O2C6H4) with [M(COD)Cl-2] (M=Pd or Pt) in dichloromethane afford both mono- and binuclear complexes in good yield. All the compounds are characterized by NMR (H-1 and P-31) and IR spectroscopic data and by elemental analysis.
