Description |
The Morita–Baylis–Hillman (MBH) adducts of beta-arylnitroethylenes with methyl vinyl ketone (MVK) and acrylate,formed in moderate to good yield whenmediated by imidazole/LiCl in THF at room temperature, inhibit HeLa cell proliferation by binding to tubulin.
