Description |
Aperture shape and size are the crucial parameters for the aperture coupled microstrip antennas (ACMSA). A systematic comparision of various aperture shapes for the aperture coupled rectangular microstrip antenna has been carried out. An optimum “hour glass”-shaped aperture configuration has been proposed for maximum coupling.
