Agro Biodiversity informatics is the generally used in the broad sense to apply computerized handling of any agricultural biodiversity information. This book contains various analysis, homology modeling,cluster analysis, diversity analysis, genomic signal processing, macro molecular structures, protein folding, identifying agronomic traits, soft computing for genomics sequence analysis, RNA structure prediction, geospatial applications and the database and tools development in the relevant area etc.,
