| Abstract | There are some requirements needed to obtain the result as well as the pad-plate method is described below. Tetracycline concentration plays an important role here in this method and on the basis of that there is a equation, Zc = zi + (Rc - ri) to calculate the diameter of the inhibition zone. At the end plotiing a curve between concentration v/s diameter and we can reach to find the concentration of tetracycline in the tissue is calculated. |
