Six Indian mustard varieties viz., Basanti, GM 2, Aravali (RN 393), Uravashi, Pusa Agrani (Sej 2) and Varuna (T 59) were chosen to study their yield performance on bigger plot size (5 x 4m). Results revealed that use of resistant/moderately resistant varieties were more beneficial than susceptible/highly susceptible varieties. Yield of resistant/moderately resistant varieties was ranged 1394-1728kg/ha, while yield of highly susceptible variety Varuna was 1350kg/ha. |
