This paper explains development of a new self-assessment framework according to core values, fundamental principles and requirements of ISO 9001: 2000, and its compiling and validation .The studying activities finally led to developing a new self-assessment model with 33 criteria (key statements), and 300 indicators (focus areas), in 8 separated fundamental principles of ISO 9000 family. Developed model has been applied in 8 Iranian ISO certified companies, and results, analyzed by SPSS 13, suggested that validity of model (content, construct and predictive validity) is approved with Cornbach’s alpha (0.933-0.943). |
