demand, Salinity, all major nutrients and Petroleum Hydrocarbons have been
studied in detail. Comparison between the three estuaries for the nutrient load
is discussed in detail. One-way ANOVA suggests the significant difference
between the three estuaries which are discussed in detail. The correlation
between various parameters is also discussed. It is concluded from the present
study that out of the three estuaries Sabarmati estuary is having high and Narmada estuary is least nutrient load.
