Effects of Cr. Mn. Ni. Cu. Cd and Hg on the filtration rate have been studied by the dye-clearance technique using neutral red as the dye. LC50 and EC50 values are also estimated. Rates of filtration decrease exponentially with increasing concentration of the metals. |
