Bottom sediment samples from 19 stations were analysed, using wet sieving and sedimentation methods, for particle size distribution. Silt (2-63 µm) particles dominated the Trombay shore and sand particles ( > 63 µm) were most abundant along Mora-Nhava-Vashi shore. |
