Summary, etc. |
The density (), viscosity () and speed of sound (<em>u</em>) of three binary liquid mixtures of tert-butanol with (nitro-, chloro- and bromo-) benzene have been measured over the entire composition range at 303.15 K, 308.15 K and atmospheric pressure. From the experimental data, excess molar volume (<em>V</em>E), isentropic compressibility (κs), excess Gibbs free energy of activation (<em>G</em>*E), deviation parameters like viscosity (), speed of sound (<em>u</em>) and isentropic compressibility (κs) are obtained. These functions have been fitted to Redlich-Kister polynomial equation to derive the coefficients and standard deviations. |
