Summary, etc. |
<strong>Two band model for Fe-As based oxygen containing superconductors is developed using the Green’s function technique and equation of motion method. Self-consistent equations for superconducting order parameters (<img src="http://www.niscair.res.in/jinfo/trianglebar.gif" border="0" alt="" /><em>p</em>,<img src="http://www.niscair.res.in/jinfo/trianglebar.gif" border="0" alt="" /><em>d</em>, specific heat (<em>Ces</em>) and density of states are derived. The theory is applied to explain the experimental results in oxygen containing Fe-As superconductors Sm0.95La0.05O0.85F0.85Fe0.15FeAs and SmO1<span lang=""EN-GB"">-x</span>FxFeAs. The comparison to experimental data is given where these are available. The agreement between theory and experiments is quite encouraging.</strong> |
