Description The sex hormone are exceedingly complex multi-structural and multifunctional proteins, so the intention of the investigation involves the structure and function analysis of the protein in thefreshwater species Ctenopharyngodon idella. Our present study” SECONDARY STRUCTURE PREDICTION AND HOMOLOGY MODELING OF FOLLICLE STIMULATING HORMONE BETA SUBUNIT (ABQ42694.1)” involves study of fshb sequences of Ctenopharyngodon idella which were retrived from NCBI protein sequence database and the primary structure or the parameters of the proteins were
Predicted using the on line server Protparam . SOPMA was used to predict the secondary structure of the proteins. The three dimensional structures were designed from multi templates which were already solved protein structures of Protein Data Bank by using MODELLER 9v7. From resulted structures the valid one was selected from the sterio chemical quality study for of the protein by using several structure validation prediction tools such as Saves Server,Rampage,What_If. From the valid structures the superimposed models detected using DALI server.
