Description |
A 6-yr-old female Lhasa Apso dog was presented to Small Animal Outpatient Unit of Madras Veterinary College Teaching Hospital, with the history of regular estrus even after Pan hysterectomy performed two year earlier. The dog developed clinical signs of inappetance, intermittent vomiting and transient vaginal bleeding with edematous vulval lips. Radiographic examination reveals radio dense mass adjacent to the bladder and distal to the left kidney (Fig. 1). Ultrasonographic examination confirmed anechoic fluid filled sac adjacent to the bladder. Haematological examination revealed lucocytosis with nutrophilia and Serum progesterone level was 4 ng/mL. |
