Suggestions made to the company:
 The company may ensure that adequate quantity of seeds are available at
a appropriate time, so that the farmers will not switch over to other
brands due to nonavailability of seeds at the right time.
 The company may assist the farmers in getting better market price which
will enhance the status of the company in the minds of the farmers.
 The company can prepare the marketing strategies giving much
importance to demonstration and trial plots and campaigns.
 The company may also focus on the promotional aspects as the hybrids
are very good but are adopted in a small area.
 The company may give some incentives and benefits to the dealers so that
the dealers will sell the products aggressively.
 The company can look into the matters of the promotional aspects carried
out by the other companies and is advisable to follow aggressive
marketing and promotional stratagies.
 The company has to take suitable measures regarding the supply of the
seeds at the right time. The dealers have opined during the survey that
they are not receiving the stocks at right time. They have felt that with the
availability of seeds at right time there could be even more increase in the
sales of the company’s product.
 Based on the study if the company release packet of 900 grams it would
be convinient for the famers to use. So the company can think of it as a
future straregy.
