A crossbreeding in poultry could lead to production of birds that will be better in growth rate, efficiency of feed conversion and reproductive traits without sacrificing adaptation to the local environment, thereby resulting in reduced cost of production. Therefore, a study was conducted to evaluate one improved (CSML), one native (Hansli) and their cross (CSML × Hansli) chicken up to 8 weeks of age.
