Rhinosporidiosis, a chronic granulomatous condition affecting nasal mucosa is caused by Rhinosporidium seebari. The cases of rhinosporidiosis have been reported from Chingleput, Thanjavur and Ramnad districts of Tamil Nadu (Rao, 1938; Moses et al., 1986; Balachandran and Moses, 1986). The present paper reports one such case but from different district of Tamil Nadu, i.e. Trichy.
