The interaction between Cyclopiazonic acid and Furazolidone was studied in chicken. The drug when administered as a feed additive appeared to protect the birds from the toxicity of orally administered cyclopiazonic acid at 100 ppm and aggravate the toxicity at 400 ppm. Hence, it is suggested that the level of FZ addition in poultry feed may not exceed 100 ppm.
