A.os and V.E.os were in the category of facilitating group with regard to their perception of existing and desirable
organisational climate. There was significant difference

morale, the both A.os and v.E.Os were in the medil~ category.
The.relationship between the selected independent variables
and existing organisational climate perceived by A.Os
indicated that, attitude towards T & v system, attitude
towards farmers and job satisfaction had positive and highly
significant relationship, the variable morale had positive
and significant correlation v1i th the existing organisational
climate. The variables experience in T & V system and total
experience had negative but non-significant relationship.
The other two variables viz., achievement motivation and
perception of workload had positive but non-significant
~relationship with the existing o~ganisational climate
perceived by A.Os. With respect to v.E.os, the variables
viz., attftude tO\'Iards T & V system, attitude towards farmers,
achievement motivatio~, job satisfaction and morale had positive
and highly significant relationship, whereas the variable
perC?eption of workload · had negative and highly significant
relation with the existing organisational cl.imate perceived
by v.E.os. The variable experience in T & V system had
positive but non-significant relation whereas total experience
had negative and non-signifi~ant relationship with the
existing organisational climate perceived by V.E.os.With regard to the desirable organisational climate
all the eight independent variables had non-significant
relationship. The three variables viz., total experience,·
attitliDe towards farmers and perception of workload had
positive relationship and the remaining variables had negative
relationship with the desirable organisational climate
perceived by A.Os. With respect to V.E.os, the variable
morale ~d negative and highly significant relationship.
The variables viz., experience in T & V system, and total
experience had positive but non-significant relationship
with the desirable organisati~nal climate; The remaining
variables had negative and non-significant relation with
the desirable organisational climate.
Major problems reported by the A.Os and V.E.os were
lack of inputs in required quantity, lack of accommodation
and infrastructnral facilities, lack of co-operation and
