Granulosa cell tumour (GCT) is an uncommon ovarian tumour in the dogs (Patnaik and Greenlee, 1987) having many synonyms including granulosa theca cell tumour, feminizing mesenchymoma, gynoblastoma, follicularoma, granulosa cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma (Scully, 1996). This report describes a nonmetastatic functional granulosa cell tumour of unusual size. |
