Summary, etc. A low-voltage tinnitus detection system using log-domain technique has been introduced in this paper. The design offers the advantages of resistorless design, electronic tunability of performance characteristics, and less complexity than the reported ones. The performance of the tinnitus detector has been verified by HSPICE simulation software using the parameters of TSMC CMOS 130 nm process.
