Description |
- The Human Genome Programme (HGP) an ambitious 15 y project is currently beimg implemented in several laboratories spread across the globe. It aims to ultimately consuuct a high resolution genetic map of human genes - the centi Morgan genetic map. produce a variety of physical maps of all human chromosomes and determine the complete sequence of human DNA, etc. In the very beginning of this international collaborative effort someresearchers have filed patent applications on several such gene fragmenu which have no assignable use or utility.
